Q:  How long does a session last and how soon does one feel a difference?

A:   A session usually lasts about 25 to 30 minutes, after which a person may feel an immediate difference, or enter what seems to be a delay phase, or as we call it, a "time for integration".  During this time the body may utilize the therapy in order to realign all its internal facets into greater balance.

Since CFI Therapy™ incorporates acupressure points, clients might not feel the biggest shifts occurring until the next day, which indicates that the therapy may be continuing on its own.  Despite the delayed effects, most people will notice an immediate difference.

Q:  How many sessions of CFI Therapy™ are usually necessary?

A:   The number of sessions necessary obviously depends on the degree of dysfunction in the body.  On an average, a person comes for only about four to six sessions, which is normally sufficient to rebalance the body.  After a course of treatments, a person may elect to come back for a "tune-up session" every three to six weeks.

"Tune-ups" are especially advantageous to people who are active in sports, where the stress on the body can have extreme consequences on the health and balance in the body.  For the most part, we might only have two or three sessions, after which these individuals may come elect to return at a later time.
