Q: What is the best time table for CFI Therapy™?

A: Judging from our experience, and especially from client feedback, the best schedule to be followed is once a week, with a maximum range of two weeks between sessions. If closer spacing is desired, such as with out-of-town visitors who are on a restricted time schedule, twice a day with a four hour time-window between sessions can be comfortably carried out, although it is usually better to allow enough time for the body’s own integration.
