Q: How long does a session last and how soon does one feel a difference?
A: A session usually lasts
about 25 to 30 minutes, after which a person may feel an immediate difference, or enter what seems to be a delay phase, or as we call it, a "time for
integration". Although this might not seem like a lot of time, it should be understood that a 20 minute session today would have taken several hours to bring the body/mind to the same point a few years
ago. Since CFI Therapy incorporates acupuncture points, clients might not feel the biggest shifts occurring until the next day, which indicates that the therapy may be continuing on its own - in most cases now
for 3 days, where a few years ago it might have been only 24 hours. Despite the delayed effects most people will notice an immediate difference. In the case of infants or young children, mothers report that they
could see changes still taking place several days or weeks after the therapy session.
