The Arcturus Foundation, Inc. intent is with its web site is to report:  The research of a person’s potential to free themselves with the aid of a practitioner from past mental, physical and emotional trauma by changing the clients consciousness through the application of the therapies under investigation.  The research presented here is a reporting instrument of the changes that took place in the client.  Any and all reports are subjective in their nature and given as observations either by the clients or parents of a minor child.
