Hinz's part in The Arcturus Foundation, Inc's research program is purely for the purpose is purely for novel naturopathic healing methods and the gathering of research data to CFI Therapy and MESRT™.  Appointments do not involve the diagnosing, prognosticating, treating, or prescribing of medicines for the treatment of disease, or an act which would constitute the practice of medicine, for which a license is required, which the work of Dr. Hinz is not interested in , but rather the new science of repairing and regenerating the body by permanent shifts in the client.

Hellmuth R. Hinz is not a medical doctor.  He is , however, a research scientist and healer and as such a naturopathic physician.  His research exclusively involves the performance of how a person’s personal evolution of consciousness is responsible for the self healing process, which is indeed beautiful and many times amazing! This means that any participation in the foundation's program does not substitute for medical examinations, diagnosis, or treatment procedures.
